PROFESSIONAL DESIGNATIONS can be earned by Realtors interested in furthering their industry knowledge. Each is a degree of sort awarded after a comprehensive education series. Earning such designations proves a Realtor's dedication to their career and commitment to delivering superior service to their clients. When looking outside of their service area for another Realtor to refer clients to, many Realtors look for those who have earned one or more professional designations. The five professional designations Steve has earned during his Real Estate career serve to enhance the service he is able to give his clients. They also result in several client referrals annually to Steve from agents across the nation

Steve earned the Certified Distressed Property Expert (CDPE) designation from the nationally recognized organization tracking and educating on trends and issues with Short-Sale properties, after a comprehensive education series.

Steve's Certified Residential Specialist (CRS) designation was earned from the Residential Sales Council after a comprehensive education series, verification of business tenure and number of transactions closed.

Steve earned the e-PRO (Certified Internet Specialist) designation in 2001 after completing a rigorous education series conducted entirely online. This cutting-edge designation certifies designees as professionally competent in meeting their client's needs in the eBusiness arena.

Steve's Graduate of REALTORS® Institute (GRI) designation was earned from the California Association of REALTORS® after completing a rigorous college level education series.

The Seniors Real Estate Specialist (SRES) designation insures that Steve is educated and enlightened on the unique needs of his Senior clients. It was earned after a comprehensive education series.

TELECONFERENCE NETWORKING keeps Steve up to date with marketing trends by teleconferencing with local, regional and national Mastermind groups on a monthly basis. This network of top producing Realtors all over the state is a tremendous source of information and idea sharing. As the Real Estate market is always changing a good agent must change as well. Invaluable market insight and marketing techniques are gleaned while networking with other top producers who have already seen the market we're presently in. A keen advantage for Steve's listings.
