Completely focused on it's Associates and the belief that by helping them develop their careers and growth they will, in turn, grow the Company, Keller Williams was voted by Inman News as the "MOST INNOVATIVE REAL ESTATE COMPANY" for 2001. Each Keller Williams Market Center (office) is managed by a team that includes an Associate Leadership Council which is comprised of the top 20% of the Associates acting, in effect, as the Market Center's Board of Directors.
